A journey from corporate burnout to wellness curation

When corporate burnout entered my world, I felt stuck. Told to “suck it up” and “go to therapy” because “everyone feels this way”, I watched my life crumble as I desperately searched for relief.

Now certified in sound meditation facilitation, polyvagal breathwork facilitation, and somatic voice protocols via KIN Unified Healing Institute of Sound, I’ve turned my desperation into impetus to help those who struggle in the way I did, all those years ago.

I'm ready for support

Exhaustion characterized every single aspect of my life. With little time to recharge in between meetings in one time zone, I under-performed in syncs that required me to focus (and speak Mandarin) in another time zone. When burnout led to an eventual layoff, I felt relieved.

Several
wellness certifications later, I wish that I had what I now offer—access to services that helped me regulate my nervous system.

In a past life…

  • Sound Meditations

A sound meditation is a listening experience that allows you to enter a meditative state faster than you would be able to on your own. Each session blends immersive sound healing instruments (crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drums) with guided meditation and can be tailored to fit seamlessly into the day (30-60 minutes).

  • Polyvagal breathwork

Developed by Janelle Corpuz of KIN Unified Healing, polyvagal breathwork is a rhythmic, controlled breathing practice that reduces anxiety, increases well-being, and encourages nervous system regulation. A session starts with a 35-40 minute rhythmic breath meditation and ends with a 10-15 minute sound bath.

  • Somatic Voice Protocols

Somatic voice protocols (developed by Janelle Corpuz of KIN) are interventions that encourage vocal expression to provide stress relief, somatic tension release, and emotional regulation. At the moment, this service is available only for in-person sessions.
